Starting Game problem

Hey guys i just installed fresh cata wow from CD and added this IceCold wow updater and that but when i start the game, black screen comes up and nthing else would load up?? when i hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete the program shows that my wow is not responding :/ any solutions here of what should i do ?? i think my wow is 4.0.0 as in a fresh cata from CD

You can use the Reinstall function on the Icecold Launcher. It will download a 15~20 MB file that will automatically extract into a 4.0.6 WoW. When you use the Reinstall function, it makes your game be at the point where it was just starting to be playable. As in, it would still need to download the rest of the data for the game so you will have to wait most of the time until you can login or play.

any ideas how much is all theses downloads??? my game is now on 4.0.6
