I think it's hard to compare the two just because of how different they are. But I play on Reaper.

Better Staff: Dreamer (by a slight edge)

It's pretty much a tie for me. Both servers are fun, in many ways, why not give both of them a go every once in a while.

It all depends what you like.

Reaper: High stats/Custom Quests/VIP gear/Custom Raids and Instances/PvP

Dreamer: Blizzlike/No custom stats/VIP PvP gear (No custom stats)/Haste rings/PvE

I prefer Reaper because.. well I develop it and administrate it :P

But really the 2 realms should not be compared like that because of their large differences.
