Try logging in after each step: Make sure you're on either 4.0.6 or 4.1.0 Make sure it's fully updated with the retail launcher Make sure you're using our launcher (IceColdLauncher.exe) Try running it as admin (right click it and click Run as Admin) Make sure you have all the expansions installed (all 3) Make sure your "accountType" is set to CT (see how to do this here) Make sure your expansion is set on the website (here) Run full repair Re-Install WoW from scratch No luck with any of these?
