I didn't farm kills! and even if i did what does that have to do with Bill and Azn harassing me and my guild?

Both Characters repeatedly spammed the words; "NIGGER" and "NIIGGERs" in caps lock in my Guild chat. Bill somehow got into my guild without an invite as well. I've posted two Screen-shots as proof. My in game character is Keelinicon. and i am reporting this because it appalled me and my Guild mates, many of them said they were offended and wanted something to be done about it.
