Nope, still i have to wait for the Global CD, just in case i mean i can only do 1 spell per second rather than the usual spamming (3 or 4) like i used to

Umm, I have some sort of bug or glitch that i cant spam spells like everyone else, I.E I have to wait for the global cooldown. There still pretty much insta-cast but i cant spam like i used to? Anybody help? - Yes i have updated the client several times - Yes i do have the tabard equipped Anyone help !! :D
