Go to game profile on the top part of this page, click on it. When in your game profile there will be a tab on the side labled "my characters". Click on that and you should see a list of your toons there. Next to each character name will be a link that says "unstick". Click that link for the character that is stuck and it should send that toon back to a major town alive. If that doesn't work then make an ingame help ticket. Hope that helps.

I tired it, it won't start and says "there is no patch file to apply".

Does anyone know if I have to upgrade my retail account? How did everyone else do it on here when the Cataclysm expansion first came out?

I tried repairing it and I redownloaded the cataclysm part. I don't see the need to redownload the who game becuase it is working correctly. I also tried deleting and reinstalling the Icecoldwow launcher to see if that would help. Again it is still messed up. I mean I can still log into icecold but only have access to WoTLk content and below. One thing I find interesting is my lanucher changes my "set accounttype" for CT to LK when I launch the game. Sorry but this was an accidental double post, exactly the same as my last. I am not sure if I mentioned this correctly but I had used the blizzard launcher already and it is fully up to date. It didn't do anything for me.

Hello all, I need some help from the game savy folks here. When I found Icecold and started playing I only had WoTLK expansion to start. This weekend I borrowed the cataclysm game DVD and downloaded it so I can play with all of the game content. After I downloaded the DVD I started the blizzard downloader and upgraded it all the way to 4.3.3. After all that I logged back in and I still have the same problem as before. I don't have access to cataclysm content like flightpaths in the old kingdom, the malstrom, or quest. But I can play everything else just fine. Can someone please help me on what I need to do to get the cataclysm content? I have already gone into the WTF folder and changed the account from "LK" to "CT". This does nothing even after redoing the blizzard updater. Thanks for the help in advance.

Hello all, I am one of the unfortunate ones that had to reinstall WoW at the same time the new patch came out. I started downloading the fix located here: http://www.icecold-wow.com/topic/1445-432-warning/ but now it has not seeded in the last two days. Worked fine the first few days. Anyone have any suggestions or comments? I saw there alternative way to fix WoW for this server in the forums but I was afraid to try it. I don't think I am as computer savvy as others on here. TIA.

Thanks for the reply, but I actually fixed it somehow and I am not sure how I did it. I have windows 7, just fyi. My last attempt at fixing it involved clearing out all of my internet stuff and restarting the computer. It worked after that but I am not sure how it helped. Now I cannot get catclysm to work in game, but that is another story and possibly another thread. Thank again.

Still trying to fix with zero luck. I have tried changing all of the compatability modes and security settings located in the programs properties. This program flat out refuses to run. Please help!

Hello all, I recently downloaded ice-cold a couple of weeks ago and was able to play with no issues. I was quite happy until recently I updated WoWwith the normal "WoW" launcher to get the recent updates. Since then, ever time I click (execute) the ice-cold launcher it immediately says "ice-cold launcher has stopped working" and windows is checking for a solution. Windows never finds a solution and the program automatically terminates. I have tried everthing I can think of from deleting cache, deleteing and reinstalling the ice-cold launcher, repairing WoW, and I even completely uninstalled and reinstalled WoW. The launcher still fails in the same manner. Any help and adivice would be greatly appreciated.
