We need more proof then just that one screenshot. You need to have a picture of them actually doing it, and bringing them up there.

You're using the 3.3.5 version of World of Warcraft. We don't have a 3.3.5 server anymore. To fix it, download the Icecold Launcher and place it in a new folder (Maybe make a new folder on the desktop and name it "Icecold-WoW" or "Wow 4.0.6"), open up the launcher and press "(Re)-Install", after that, it'll take between 20-50 minutes (depending on how fast your internet is) to download a new World of Warcraft Cataclysm 4.0.6, and it'll automatically open up Icecold-WoW as soon as it is done downloading. Also, you might want to change what WoW Version and Expansion it says on your account, go to http://www.icecold-w...e&module=usercp and scroll down to the bottom and change your expansion to Cataclysm, and your WoW Version to 4.0.6

We are very sorry for the server being down right now. As far as I've been told, some people have recently been DDoSing (Distributed denial of service) multiple games and servers. DDoSing is a process in which a person floods the host to tries and bring it down, and if that does actually happen, the person who DDoSed the host demands a large sum of money to open it back up. We have been trying to counter this from happening and the admin is working hard to not make that happen in the worst case.

We don't ban snipers anymore on the forums. A GM must be there and see it to ban the player.

You may experience a black screen for a while when Icecold-WoW pops up. Just let it go through it till you can log in and let it Initialize the Game Data.

Don't revive Old Threads.

As vbyo said. We don't ban Snipers that get reported on the forums anymore. We have to actually see them do it or we have to witness them doing it before they are getting warned/banned.

We already know about this, and yes, we have already thought about changing the launcher in our Staff Chats so it may be changed within a week or 2 weeks. (The first thing every staff said when we talked about what should be changed was "Take out Dreamer on the launcher")

Seeing as this is only in /say, nothing will be done because you can just do /ignore <Player Name>, and you won't see him/her say anything in /say again until you unignore him/her. We only ban players who spam in /o because it gets sent to everyone in the game, and /ignore doesn't work at all in /o either.

Qhiba, do the same thing. Go to http://www.icecold-w...e&module=usercp and change the Expansion at the bottom from Wrath of the Lich King to Cataclysm

When i appeared to him in Warsong Gulch, he was not fly hacking nor was he hacking at all. I was watching him for the most of the Warsong Gulch too and he was not fly hacking one bit (If he was flying at the very start of the match then it would possibly be because he was mounted on a flying mount before Warsong Gulch started which could of possibly made him be bugged in flying mode until he died). No punishment shall be given seeing as I was there and no hacking was done.

We have changed the sniping rule now. It is no longer reportable on the forums, it's only a "get caught in the act" situation now (meaning a GM must see the player sniping)

Well, in the picture, we can't see the players name and you didn't target him at all so we have no idea who it was. Therefore, we can't do anything at all. Also, use the Report Format next time
