*THIS DOES NOT REGARD WOW* Hey Wriiathguard here! There is a program called Revo Uninstaller. The name is pretty self-explanatory. This application remove's other program's that your computer is not able to remove or that give's and error when TRYING to remove it. When you Download&Install, you can sift through your Program's&Application's and find the one you want to remove. When you click it, then click uninstall. After this it will ask if you want to remove/change this Program or Application. Then it will give you some choice's on how much you want the program to scan and remove the program or application. If you wish to remove the program and core tool's just go with moderate. After selecting your choice proceed with removing/changing. Give it some time and the program will be changed/removed. Hope this helps!
