Looking inside my data folder every file has underneath of it the same name with .lock after it.

So I finally got my game installed and working, and I can play for a while, but as soon as I log out the game crashes and won't let me back in. Has this happened to anybody before?

Actually, I think it is fully installed. I just checked and the folder is ~14 gigs.

I'm running the game in admin mode, I've disabled any security that might've been the problem, I'm up to date on software, and I've tried reinstalling. I don't think the game ever fully downloaded, but the repair tool nor anything else I can find lets me check that. It tells me that it cannot repair my game.

WoW error code 0x85100086, I think this is it.

My game launches and runs relatively fine until I click 'Enter World'. It then says something about downloading first time for the race, and crashes before any of the loading bar fills up. I'm running OS X 10.9. I've tried reinstalling a few times and the same thing happens.
