I resolved, it was the firewall

I tryed reinstalling WoW, Downloading from other sites but never worked. Yesterday i used IceCold launcher on my brother's pc and it starts without complications... How can it be possible that my laptop cannot login to your server but my brother's pc yes?? The Files i used are the same...

I have launcher in the wow folder, and i use it (not wow.exe) but it keeps saying that the server is down ç__ç
