Sometimes when i try it again it was say "failed to install patch, please try again later, if this persist you may need to re install or contact tech support"

I do not know how to take a screenshot on my computer XD but when i try to play, i did everything right as far as i know, i log in the when the character screen tries to load, it will say "Patch required, press the restart button bellow to exit wow and to install the patch" i click the restart button and nothing happens except the launcher closes

Can anyone help me with this? I was able to play on the server recently and created a character and everything but when i got off then came back on, a window popped up saying i need to download a patch and the only button i can click is restart, when i click it, nothing happens and i still cant play on the server..... How can i fix this so that i dont have to download something every time i wanna play?
