  6. This screenshot doesn't show Malique stealing the tag. It actually shows that the rest of your group has full health. Next time you report a player, make sure it's punishable.
  7. Now that the transmogrification system got implemented a lot of you have travelled to different instances attempting to get the gear you wish to use for transmogrification. Many of these attempts ended shortly after they started due to a bugged boss or a door that simply refuses to open. If you stumbled across similar problems, this is your chance to get your gear to be obtainable again. The Icecold Staff is working on ways to return this desirable gear back into Reaper, but we cannot do it without your help. As you might have figured the amount of unobtainable items is immense and there's no way the Staff can bring back all of the desired items on their own. This is exactly why i'm writing this post. We need your help on gathering names and information about these items. I will add a format below, to ease the work a link of the item at Wowhead would be greatly appreciated. Please be as complete as possible. Also, don't use multiple posts for 6 items. First gather the information then submit it in one post. Remember that items must have stats for them to be used in the transmogrification process. Please refrain from posting random off-topic comments. All unrelated posts will be removed.   8. I'll explain this some more as it's partly correct. Currently we offer you the possibility to transfer any gear you purchased in the webshop. The idea is simple, it takes the item from character #1 and moves it to Character #2. Now, if we'd enable the exchange feature, it would mess up the transfer system. Say you bought a Frostmourne of the Beast on character #1. You decide to exchange it to a dagger, you use the exchange system, and get your dagger. The transfer system however still think character #1 has a Frostmourne of the Beast. It doesn't know about the exchange that just took place. So if you'll ever try to transfer your dagger, you won't be able to find it. The down side for us is if you transfer the Frostmourne after the exchange character #2 will receive a Frostmourne while character #1 still has the dagger. Unlimited profit. So, there's that.
  9. Yea, this is inadequate evidence. It's not against the rules to type out commands in general chats. If he'd say something like "I'm a GM" or similar he'd be impersonating.
  10. Hey there Ashy. I'm not exactly sure what's causing this as i haven't come across this issue before. After doing some research there seem to be several things you can try. First of all, travel to your WoW Directory, this is the file your WoW got installed in. Usually on the C or D Drive -> Program Files. Once there, look for the Cache folder, the WTF folder and the Interface folder. Grab those 3 folders, and drag them out, moving them to a different, temporary file. Doing this will cause your WoW client to look terrible, as deleting your WTF file will erase your previous saved settings. If this doesn't do the job chances are big it has something to do with your latency. How is your internet connection outside of WoW? Experiencing any issues? One more you could try is updating your current drivers. There's several beautiful programs you can use to find out what drivers you're currently using and which ones need updating. Personally i prefer using Driver Genius. Any additional info is more than welcome as this might just be what we need to solve this nasty issue.
  11. This clearly states you were planning to willingly give out your account information. 9. Account sharing is strictly forbidden. This is for your security. Sharing accounts puts your account in jeopardy and hasstles the staff when stealing occurs. If caught, all accounts involved in the sharing will recieve no support. As you can see above, rule 9 clearly states account sharing is strictly forbidden. You chose to ignore this rule and give out your account information to a random stranger. Next time, think again before you endanger your account. Let this be yet another example of why Rule 9 was implemented. /No Support. /Closed.

  15. It should be safe to use the Transmogrification system now. Any points that were lost due to the reset will be refunded to you, meaning you will get those back.
  16. Transmogrification progress was lost due to a necessary reset. The new transmogrification system collided with some other systems, causing unfortunate issues. These issues were solved, but loss of transmogs could not be prevented. The lost transmogs will be refunded.

  22. So, your BIOS is up to date now? Have you tried the solution in which you close every process except the ones which Microsoft needs?

  24. Yea, it does seem like you should flash the BIOS firmware. The site which contained the solution seems to be offline right now, but i'm sure there's a tutorial on how to do so somewhere. Let me know how things work out.
