Unable to recive vote tokens

for some reason and i have no idea! im not able to get my vote tokes when i vote, if anyone can, i could realy use some help on this. i will be greatly appreciated :(

Click on Teleport Npc and then press Recieve Vote points :) easily

Or, You have to loggout sometimes and loggin once you voted...
