Launcher Error - I probably messed up something

hey... so I downloaded the launcher and placed it on a empty folder and download the game using the launcher... but after it downloaded the needed archives... it gives an error called "JSON primitive Invalid: . "
and wont work it says connecting and gives the error... any help? I'm missing to download something or anything? I already run the launcher as admin, compatibility mode as windows 7 and download .Net ... any help plz? thanks!

Right now the launcher is not working for everyone because of some server issues. For now use the Icecoldwow.exe shortcut in your wow folder to start the game until we can get the launcher working again.

Also if you get a error with the Icecole.exe shortcut delete cache ^_^
