Character stuck at Feralas

Greetings, today while I was attacking Grubba and Lucous had aggro, he died and Grubba got bugged (Evaded everything). I had a cooldown on Heartstone so the only solution to get out of combat was to ALT + F4. I did it and once I logged back I kept getting WoW Errors. I tried deleting my Cache and to unstick it from the website but it still doesn't work.

It currently down. But not forever. Also not the right topic to ask.
