kolizrobert Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 Bought a transfer , did the whole mail admin and all that, used the link and payed for it . Admins wont respond to my ticket or GM's in-game havent responded either.. how much longer do i have to wait now?! EkbergFex 1
reng Posted August 6, 2014 Posted August 6, 2014 how long have you even waited? it can take up to 24-48 hours to get the transfer done. and this ain't GM's respondsibility. so there is no need to make a ticket ingame.
Donny Posted August 7, 2014 Posted August 7, 2014 As Reng mentioned, this has nothing to do with the GMs in-game. You have to be patient in such matters, as long as we don't have an automated system for your donation rewardings, at least not yet, you have to allow the admins at least 24 - 48 hours to fully complete your order. I hope you understand that there can be more priorities sometimes, hence the slow or not handling. -Don
