help setting up folder

I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me what i need in wow folder and what and were i can get it. I would appreciate it if i could get some decently detailed instruction. because i have been and downloaded 3 lich king servers and it never lets me log in it just says server down or authenticating i really would actually be able to play instead of searching the internet for answers. Thanks to whom ever helps

Alright, just open up a folder. This works to download the 4.0.6 client. Icecold to my knowledge doesn't supply such an easy WotLK install. Anyways, but the Icecold-wow launcher into an empty folder. Then open the launcher, on the bottom left corner you'll see a bunch of buttons. Click the one that looks like the refresh button (Two blue arrows). Some point in this process your screen may go black. Just let it happen.
