The new transmogrification system collided with some other systems, causing unfortunate issues. These issues were solved, but loss of transmogs could not be prevented. The lost transmogs will be refunded.

0 Maddox Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 It should be safe to use the Transmogrification system now. Any points that were lost due to the reset will be refunded to you, meaning you will get those back.
