Char shop problems

Hello, i really need ur help. My friend set my char : Gilrax on the char shop for 50$. He just did it for tease me. But he dident know that i need to accept on my Mail. But here comes the problem, the mail is to old we got a new one for about a month ago. So i dont know what to do now? please help me it's my main char and i have spend 40$ on it.

Yeah, after 24 hours, it'll just be unlocked and you'll be able to either put it up for sale again or play on it without issues.
