lost my character

Hey maybe someone could help me. i havent rlly played on this server in a while but i came back and my character is missing he has vip 2 and it says hes a character on the website and also shows me buying it in my purchases but hes not on my character list

Something must have happened and it got deleted. You will have to make a Admin Ticket to get the VIP Set recovered on a new character, might have to specify the character's name.
