Tiri Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 What are you talking about? I don't remember wall climbing before Cataclysm... I don't even remember wall climbing at all in WoW's history unless you're using some hack.
mavrathion Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 Lolno. The only way you can wall climb is through a third party hack. And as we all know, hacking is one of if not the least tolerated rule on Icecold-WoW. If caught, it's punishment is a permanent ban.
Molton Posted May 6, 2013 Posted May 6, 2013 How about no. It was a glitch in retail and it was fixed in WotLK/Cata. It was fixed for a reason. Also, you can just use your flying mount.
Vordnox Posted May 7, 2013 Author Posted May 7, 2013 Ok guys, i was just making a suggestion here :), although i dont think that it is a hack, but a glitch. Glitches can be useful u know. For example, when i was assembling retail wow gear i had to visit a BC raid which was fully scripted... apart fromt the part where there is a bridge to get to the final boss... i could get to him using wall climb as i saw in youtube, but it was disabled. I think there was wall climbing in burning crusade. Now, unless Molten hadn't helped me, i wouldn't be able to get to the other side. I know, this is what gms are for, but i dont see why one shouldnt really use wall climb. Its a simple adjustment i reckon, unless of course its not. Anyway, thanks for your time here :)
