bought item, cant receive it, HELP

Hey there, i just bought the the brink of destruction longstaff ( alone, the one with the high stats ) and havent received it, although i keep clicking on the icecold launcher, that says either you dont have enough room, or the item is not created yet, HELP

In-game try using the IceCold Teleporter and selecting the, "Receive Purchased Items" (Or something close to that). If that doesn't work, make sure your inventory has enough room and try again. If all else fails, try creating an admin ticket on the website HERE and show some sort of proof of purchase and we'll help you as soon as possible.

This happened to me yesterday, except with a character recustomization. I woke up this morning seeing that I had it, finally.

 

It may take a while, or commence the steps from Paragon.
