Now right click it, click run as administrator and press yes. Now when the launcher opens click Reinstall Game. And wait around 30 mins tops for it to finish. Please not your in-game experiance will be bad for around 1hr play time do to it fully installing VIA In-game patches and objects. So I suggest opeing the game login and sit in Deepholm for a while until you can see all of the objects/npcs/creatures/items. This will install patch 4.0.6 on your PC It works for Windows and Mac.
