How does this work?

I have no paypal/credit card but i wanna donate

I have 20€ (More than 25USD) PSC and i wanna buy VIP2

So when i buy "25 IceCold-Credits" for 25USD (i have more than 25USD)

can i buy VIP2 with it?

Go to the store, pick what you wish to buy, proceed to checkout and then press alternate payment method. That'll take you to a screen where you have options like SMS payment, click and buy, prepaid cards, mobile payment, and direct bank transfers. Yes, if you have enough icecold credits to buy an item from the store you can buy them with icecold credits.
