Re coloring armour.... when exactly?

I was wondering... when will th ere coloring feature be enabled, so that both vips and non vips can re colour their gear??

Transmogrification should be activated as well as Reforging when the time is right. As for now, it's still being tested out for all it's kinks and bugs.

With recoloring do you mean transmog?

Transmog won't be implemented until they update the servers to 4.3.4 which I'm guessing is a few months away.
