Massive Over damage! hacking or Bug abusing!

He hit me and Everyone else around me and 1 shotted me He is either Bug abusing or Damage Hacking!

and as you can see he does not Have vip7 or anything as in that Form to make him even able to 1 shot.

This is not a hack the warriors bleed is bug sometimes this hit like that i think admins can fix it.
