Error 134 File fix issue

So I tried downloading the files to fix the Error #134 from the site, how exactly do I download a .mfil file? My computer says, it's unkown and I have no programs that can download it, and if I *Search* the Web, nothing helpful either. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! ;)

Simply put it into the same folder that your WoW is installed in. No need to open it or anything.
