There is little he can do basically, its on their end its probably just a maintenance sadly.

It has not totally been fixed, however, you can simply press Retry live cache version of site or w/e and you'll be able to vote :) thanks for your help though.

As Jack stated, it's entirely the vote site's problem. It has nothing to do with IceCold.

Please be patient, I'm sure it will be fixed as soon as they can.
