Starting with the sentence, "Yes" I'd assume you did something to aggravate him first. He didn't technically break the rules. Calling someone a, "Pedo" doesn't seem to be a reason enough for a ban.

It was in the arena he killed me Twice or something so i killed him he then carried on killing me so i decided to start killing him again xD

Again, I'm sorry. Without any physical evidence of the doing, the best we can do is a stern warning.

Best thing to do would to not start anymore drama with some kid who obviously is some child who attends middle school and think he has some special social life.
