Icecold Launcher

I downloaded and got my WoW Up to 4.1.0 and put the icecold launcher in the folder and i try to open it but it doesn't work. Any help?

What does the error say??? Try to open IT as Admin > right click.

It says; This application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).

Same instructions followed however, keep receiving "File must be placed in WOW folder" error message. Confused, because Launcher is already placed in WOW folder..? Right click to Run as Administrator does not resolve issue. Please help, thank you. Kindest Regards.

same but some other it start and say item in cache misses

Ok, we'll clear this up with Launcher errors. When the launcher starts, it looks for 3 files: Wow.exe and 2 item caches.

Now, the place it looks for Wow.exe is the same folder as itself. So if your Wow.exe is located at C:\Games\World of Warcraft\Wow.exe, then you must put the launcher file into C:\Games\World of Warcraft\

It looks for the item caches in /(WoW folder)/Cache/ADB/(your locale)/, where (your locale) is something like enUS or enGB. There should be 2 files in there: Item and Item-sparse.

If any of those errors are appearing, please check that the launcher is in the same folder as WoW.exe (NOT the same place as the shortcut on your desktop). Also check that those item files exist in /Cache/
