When in your game profile there will be a tab on the side labled "my characters". Click on that and you should see a list of your toons there. Next to each character name will be a link that says "unstick". Click that link for the character that is stuck and it should send that toon back to a major town alive. If that doesn't work then make an ingame help ticket. Hope that helps. icmgi 1
