Talents being Reset from DC/Server Crash (?)

I am unsure if other players are experiencing this issue but twice now, after a relog, my talents appear to have bugged, as the selected talents are saved, but a specialization hasn't been chosen, I cannot choose one until a /reload, which causes the selected talents to be completely reset. This is a time consuming and frustrating bug and I hope its fixed soon.<br><br>
If you need anymore information I'll be happy to oblige.
