Making a custom item is pretty simple, you can customize any VIP or farmed item unless stated otherwise. You can make a fresh item if you really wanted to, although it's not recommended as you can get more from customizing an item with stats already on it. You can change the name, description, display, and weapon type when customizing or spending at least $5 on that item, items must be customized first before you are able to add anything.

First you need to know what you want before you make a ticket (what stats, display id, name, etc..) I don't want to see people making a ticket unsure about what they want. That will only make the wait longer.

Finding an item displayid can be a little tricky, you can find formats & how to get displayids here. If you can't find it, just send us a wowhead link to the item and we can find it for you.

For item display ID go to wowhead and search for the item and get a link like this

Remove everything to the item ID and add "&xml" like this

http://www.wowhead.com/item=40402&xml

Then simply search the part where it says

"<Icon displayId="55906">"

NOTE: You can only use items up to patch 4.3.4!!

If you want to add stats, simply follow the formats we provided, for each new stat just add a new line. A price list for stats can be found here

Using the information found here, this is what a custom item request should look like:

 ITEM CUSTOMIZATION/RESKIN (€5)

    Character Name: Tent
    Item Original Name: Blackfyre
     
    New Item Name: Tent's Dagger, color code: 3377ff

Failure to follow this format may result in a longer wait time, an admin may delay your ticket until the proper formats are provided.

I wanted to clarify a few things to those of you making Administrative Tickets regarding Transfers, Stat Swaps, and similar purchases. Some formats need to be designed, and I would like to put them all in one place. Read carefully as it may reduce the amount of time your ticket might take, and please copy and paste these formats when requesting something in a ticket:

STAT SWAP ($10)

• Character Name: (The character's name that the item below is located on. Spell check this one, don't put "my warrior")
• Item Name: (The item name that the custom stats are located on, please don't put "my sword". You know the item's name, please help yourself)
• Stat From: (Any custom stat you purchased on the item above)
• Stat To: (The stat that you would like to change to)
• (Optional) Amount From:
• (Optional) Amount To:

^These two (Optional)'s regard something that we will still check for stat conversions.

TRANSFER ($10)

• Character From:
• Character To:
• Purchases: (Things like Titan's Grip, FTP, VIP3 are specified here)
• Custom Items: (Use complete names, not things like "my sword" or "my custom tabby")

!! For a Transfer + 2x Stat Swap Bundle ($20) use the two formats above for each change. !!

ITEM CUSTOMIZATION/RESKIN ($5)

• Character Name:
• Item Original Name: (Exact item name required)
•  
• New Item Name: (Must follow chat rules, can be colored text using HTML Color Code)
• New Item Desc: (Can be blank/colored text)
• New Item DisplayID: (Use www.WoWhead.com>View Source> Find>DisplayID>Number following 'DisplayID')
• Item Type: (Axe, Sword, Leather, Etc.)
• Add Stat: Stat - Amount - (Optional) Price
• (list more stats in a new line)

!! For Full Customization/Reskin ($30) use the above format, just add a new section for each item you are changing. !!

If, for any reason, you decide to not follow these formats your ticket may be prolonged for a few days until the required information is received.

Secondly, to get this written down for people to read:

Administrative Ticket Responses may take up to 24 hours each, depending on traffic and availability of staff. If you need immediate assistance with an in-game issue, please create an in-game ticket, and someone will assist you as soon as possible. If you have a question about your Admin Ticket, please reply to the current ticket and wait.

Things to make sure before voting:

• Be logged into the website.
  
• Make sure you had "Remember me" ticked when logging in
  
• Make sure cookies are enabled on your browser
  

1) Click the "Vote" button on the homepage.

2) Choose a site by clicking it (for this example we're using the second one).

3) Type in the CAPTCHA code and click the Vote button.

4) You will be redirected to the rank sites main listings. Scroll down to find IceCold in the list, and click the link or banner on it.

It should redirect you back to the IceCold website and grant you your point.

1) Click the "Store & VIP" link in the top menu of the site.

2) Browse the different categories (green circle) and choose a product by clicking it (red circle)

3) Enter the details of where the donated item is going. Then click "Add to Cart"

4) You may at this point to back to the main store and add more items to your cart if you wish. When you're ready, click the "Checkout" button in the bottom corner.

5) If you have any credit on your account, click the circled link to apply it to your total. Then click the "Confirm my order" button. Go through PayPal and pay it.

6) Log into the game. Open a teleporter, and click "Recieve purchased items/spells" to get the items.

Here is how to upgrade a product (click each image to enlarge):

1) Log into the website. In the grey bar at the top, click your username.

2) Click "My Purchases" in the dropdown

3) You are now in your store control panel. On the left-hand side, click the "Purchases" tab

4) Here you see all your purchases listed. From here, you can upgrade products, pay for any pending items, get details of purchases, view your Transfer Keys, etc. Click the VIP purchase that you want to upgrade.

5) On the right-hand side, click "Upgrade package"

6) From here, select your desired new package, click "Change to selected package", go through checkout and pay. The upgrade will happen instantly. Just use the teleporter after!

Step 2: Download our Launcher

You must download our special launcher to play. Get it here. Once you have downloaded "IceColdLauncher.exe", move it into your game folder.

Step 3: Play

Open the Launcher file, and click "Play". Login with the details you created in step 1, and enjoy
