ERROR 132

I keeep having error 132 and i know how to fix it but everytime i do it does it AGAIN. I need to be on for the GM interview is there any idea on HOW to MAKE IT STOP giving me and error? I have done almost everything possible and i really need to be online.

Im seriously sick of the stupid launcher and .exe. They need to be re-made cause i cant get into the game now it wont stop crashing. Also please do not post telling me to delete the IceColdWow.exe and cache and re-do that. I have tryed all the obvious stuff and it just WONT work

delete the IceColdWow.exe and cache and re-do that
