Disconnect

Hello

I try to log in but when i write my email and pass the game freeze for 2 sec and then it says that i have been disconnected how can i fix it ??

Happens on all realmlists

When i try to reinstall game data it says 
Unable to connect. Please try again later. If problem persists , please contact technical support ...

Hey,

Have you tried placing our launcher in a new, empty folder and running it there?
This way it'll provide you with a clean install, which should work like a charm.

Could you report back when you tried?

yes i tried clean install

When i do a clean install it says "Unable to connect. Please try again later. If problem persists , please contact technical support ..."

Let's not give up so fast. Could you try connecting with your firewall and anti-virus turned off? Perhaps that's blocking the connection.
