The easiest and fastest way to fix it is just make portals and spawn them after the parts that get messed up, or just add the point where they're located onto the menu. No private server wants to deal with scripting everything from every dungeon to every raid, for every fight. It's not really that important though, whats the point of having all the fights working if you can solo it easily?

I have not checked the other dungeons, so I cannot comment on those. However I checked out ICC, and skipping will not work, for the simple fact that there is absolutely nothing past the first bugged part. No spawns, no scripts, nothing works. In fact, the Frozen Throne platform and the lich king do not even exist :o
