Launcher problem

Well something aint alright here i've got some problem with the launcher it won't run says "Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application." I don't know how to fix that thing neither i know what exactly cause this problem anyone who can help ?

Download the latest version of microsoft framework.

Well i already did that Framework 4 isn't it the last

Hm seems i've downloaded wrong thing .. there are pretty many Frameworks for different things idk which exactly do i need and im with XP not Vista

how did you fix ?

Net Framework cleanup tool, deleted all versions from 1 to 4, downloaded them all and installed one by one starting from 1.1 to 4.0 and it worked
