0 counterwow21 Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 Could you be a bit more specific? A possible solution would be to go onto your "My profile" page by then going to "edit". Then change your expansion to 4.0.6. If you give me more specifics I may be able to help more.

Its my first time trying to play so i get on it starts doing initial downloads for first time loading in the download gets done like its gonna start but send me back to log in screen and says disconnected from server

If that doesn't work I don't remember how to solve your issue. Your best bet is to wait for someone with more knowledge of this issue to get on the forums to help you.
0 meenaneeraj Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 This problem happens when u made your game user id and password same as of your email id and its password there are only 2 ways for to fix it 1. Admin, can edit your account and fix it 2. Make a new account with new email id
