That is basically when they get used to the commands here and later on can know what most of the commands do. Developers do not really get tested in-game. Since they deal with things outside of the game, that later get put into the game (If they are Core Developers and such). If they were a Web Developer, they would design things for the website.
counterwow21 Posted November 29, 2012 Posted November 29, 2012 And firedog, We already talked about the trial GM phase. Which what me and Molton are saying. IS the GM test in game. I believe it lasts a few weeks. And Ryan closely monitors what they do to make sure they're ready to be a full GM.
