Molton Posted November 29, 2012 Share Posted November 29, 2012 GMs get tested in-game with them being a Trial GM. That is basically when they get used to the commands here and later on can know what most of the commands do. Developers do not really get tested in-game. Since they deal with things outside of the game, that later get put into the game (If they are Core Developers and such). If they were a Web Developer, they would design things for the website.
