I ran the "re-install" let it do its thing.

It locked up not responding, requested direct x9 (have it and its newer versions).

I ran repair.exe to fix it. Sucessfully repaired.

Got the above error.

Any suggestions?

Delete anything in your main WoW folder starting with "IceCold" (except IceColdLauncher) and try again, running it as admin

Try to repair the game, reinstall the icecold patch, reinstall wow or delete your cache, try that
