Ok, this is how to fix your item bug, or retrieving item info.
First: You must exit your wow the whole way, then go to your world of warcraft folder where your Ice-cold Launcher is. Delete your cache that is above your Data folder, and go into your Ice-cold launcher using "Run as Administrator," and clicl Remove Patch, and log into your ice cold, but before you log into your account, exit, and go into your Ice-cold launcher, hit play again, log in, and it should work.
PS: If this doesn't work, you must delete both of your cache folders, the one above your data folder, and the one in your data folder, do the same thing again, and it should work, if not, ask a gm/admin for help.
