Popadopulas Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 Umm, I have some sort of bug or glitch that i cant spam spells like everyone else, I.E I have to wait for the global cooldown. There still pretty much insta-cast but i cant spam like i used to? Anybody help? - Yes i have updated the client several times - Yes i do have the tabard equipped Anyone help !! :D

All spells do have their regular cooldowns. I would suggest reforging Spirit for Haste Rating. It's what I did and now I can spam spells :).
