Un-able to Chat Glitch

For some reason whenever I change zones(aka.-teleport)., and when I try to speak in whatever channel I choose. It says " You cannot speak that language." But every time I have to change my language to be able to talk, it gets annoying and old. I heard a GM say it was from running Icecrown Citadel, not quite sure tho. But I advise you to stay away from it unless you want this annoying perk. Please fix, thanks.

click the second to top left button next to chat window, highlight over Language, select Titan. This works, but it is still very annoying cuz it happens to me every time I teleport. Hope this helps ^^
