Hunter - Pet Lvl / Health And Damage scale

Hello, i have found a major issue with the hunter pets, if you say tame any cind of pet it will Get lvl 80 When its done taming, But its supposed to go to 85, And i have tried lvling it by hand, But currently that is impossible it takes way to long, And the only way to lvl a pet is to kill mobs that are above lvl 79. The other thing is the damage and Health scales, They are bad like the health and damage of my pet is horrible, And i am a Beast Mastery hunter so my damage is sorta bad. :(
