Again my apologies for the lack of replies from my side. Here's a first list of answers. I'll try to answer as many of the other questions as I can in the days to come.

1. As said before everything will be changed. I said I would add this to the suggestion list, I was told to get over Pythios and think bigger. Similar suggestions regarding the new content will be welcome after the release.

Haste will be a lot harder to obtain than it is now. It won't be exactly like retail, but it will be closer to retail than how it is now.

1. Project Fire will contain all new content. We'll try to balance this as good as we can. Suggestion for this can be made after the release.

 

2. Same answer as for question 1, Project Fire will contain all new content. I'm assuming this will all be bug free, if not reports for this can be made after the release.

 

3. Good suggestion. We will be focusing on creating a more challenging experience when it comes to farming gear.

1. There will be no more max haste, sorry.

2. Custom raids will be made. I'm not sure Ice Crown Citadel will be one of those, but it is possible.

3. What would be the value of this? We will have multiple battlegrounds available, why add Orgrimmar to that list?

4. Wouldn't this disable us to make a custom ICC raid? I assume you mean the spot where you normally fight the Lich King?

5. Lolno.

6. As said custom raids will be made. Maybe one with Ragnaros, maybe not.

7. I'm sure there will be a lot more transmog choices as we go.

1. As mentioned before one of our main priorities will be balancing classes.

2. After the release players will have plenty to work for again. Besides that we will be releasing content updates frequently.

3. It will obviously be hard to make this work for every gear set that's added. The lower tier dungeons can't be too hard since it needs to be possible to complete them for lower geared people. Higher tier geared players might be able to solo or nearly solo these dungeons. We will however try to prevent this as much as we can.

4. The way of obtaining items will be completely reworked.

5. This will be implemented. With the max haste gone balancing things will be far easier.

6. As said, max haste will be gone. There will be ways to obtain haste, but no where near the amount haste players have now.

7. Battlegrounds will be tested and ways to make them more interesting will be looked at as well.

8. We are looking at ways to make professions more viable. Adding custom would be hard since it will require a custom patch, but other ways will be experimented with.

9. Yes. Just yes.

1. We will be looking at ways to add events which don't require staff members to host them. Eventually the GM applications will open up as well, meaning more staff. I'm not sure how the rest thinks about a rank like Event Master. Will try to find that out.

2. We will probably be using the retail transmog system. This means that it will remain pretty the same way as it is. I'm not sure what the possibilities are. I can always ask.

you replied on my "2.". i understand what your saying. but making it anew wont make it any diffrent later down the line. even if u decide to update it. the community will get bored eventually. give them more choice i would say :D

 

on "3." i agree, but like ravaged this wasnt so hard. you could try making it a similar fashion. i enjoy farming ravaged a hell lot more then the other ones. because you can do group runs. 

 

btw if u want more idea's i can just brainstorm lol... i probably can think of more. if u guys dont have enough ideas as it is now. btw when can we see some development pictures and progress and/or a release date?

3. I understand your point and we will try to make it so that players will group up to run instances. My point is it will probably be really hard to ensure that high end players won't be able to solo the first few dungeons due to the big stat difference.

 

If you can think of more ideas then please go ahead and post them. As I mentioned earlier in this post we will be adding plenty of custom content, ideas for this or anything else are very welcome.

AOE loot, it was previously suggested on the Eternian suggestion label , the suggestion was denied because it couldn't be done on the current core of 4.0.6, since it's going to be 4.3.4 I was wondering if it could be done.

 

Coming from iRyan to myself, "AoE loot is not supported by Cata Clients." I am sure there are ways to create the allusion of it existing, or the possibility of giving larger range to lootable corpses?

Id like to also see some world pvp zones be placed specifically for alot of people to go at it.

 

This can be done I guess. Won't be a high priority though. Also, for this to work we would first have to gather a lot of people.

What he means by this is it doesn't exist in Cataclysm. Obviously it's possible, Blizzard did it. But is it feasable for us? I'll discuss it once more.

 

 

 

Blizzard has the breaking news box at the login screen, I was thinking you could make it so it shows the updates that are done to the realms. It can be done.

 

I'm actually not sure about this. Will add it. Also won't be top priority though, we will keep players up to date via the forums. This would be a neat feature, but not necessary for the release.

i see, for now i would like to know what is already inplented and planned ones. otherwise i dont really know how to make new ideas for you guys. could you guys please update us with the progress on the rebuild?

I would like to present a little list of what i think could be some good ideas to add to the server/Project Fire.

 

1

 

Quest line idea:

 

1. quest - win 1 duel

2. quest - Win 2 duels 

3. quest - win 3 duels

 up to  20-25 duels to begin with. - reward for each quest complete. can be exbanded later on for "more content".

 

Reward: hornor/conquest points/currency/tmorg coin(s). (chose quest reward).You will gain more reward the higer the duel count is.

 

Why is this a good idea?

It's just more content for players.

Quest idea:

 

Win a duel daily quest.

 

Reward: Hornor/conquest points/currency then pick a low amount of what kind of materials you need to upgrade your gear.

Casino vendor - based on current content (can easily be changed to new content.)

 

Name: Jeffy

Clan: The House - (the house always wins lol)

What the npc should look like:  npc=43840 (found on wowohead).

 

all the bags should be tradeable and should be able to be sold at AH.

 

Sells - - 

 

IceGold Bags:

 

1.40% for 1-5 iceGold Bars. Cost 2500 Gold 

2.40% for 1-5 iceGold Bars. Cost 20 Honor

3.40% for 1-5 iceGold Bars. Cost 30 Ravaged Dimonds

 

 

Honor Bags:

 

1. 40% for 45 honor. IceGold Bars.

2. 40% for 45 honor. 

3. 40% for 45 honor. Cost 10 conquest points, may need adjustments.

 

 

Materials bag: cost IceCold bars

 

 40% for 3-7 Ravaged Dimonds Cost 2 IceGoldbars

 45% for 4-6 Power Token     Cost 2 IceGoldbars

 45% for 4-7 Glowing Orb     Cost 3 IceGoldbars

 40% for 5-10 Ice Clams      Cost 3 IceGoldbars

 

or something similar to that.

Add the missing tier sets for each class( 2.5 - 7.5 - 8.5. and whaterver is missing).

Weekend event

 

Killpoint weekend. 3 days, 2x the killpoints 1 winner.

The event should be hold from friday morning to saturday night. or whatever fits

Ladders: Most kills and top ten kills. If this gets added to the server i would like to see the rewards as the following: 

Ingame currency whether its Icegold, Scorching gold or even just regular gold, if it will matter. Scaled by which place they come on ofc.

And i would alos like to see a 30$/XX dollar price reward to the guy with the most kills. if its possible.

 

Make it as a "layover" like the Halloween and the Chrismas layover, it will probably be the best way to add it into the game and remove it agian when the event is over.

Could be hold every 4th weekend. or whenever you like.

 

6.

Faction morph vendor.

 

Let's say your a Blood elf paladin and you are kinda bored with the whole model of how they look and think taurans just looks like some big ugly cows. 

I think it would be a cool idea to impliment a npc that allows players to morph into other races of thier faction and gender.

Example: belf pala into troll pala. or Human Pala into nelf pala

(The effect should only disapear when the player loggs out if possible).

Fix the deleted spells ... Balance all the classes so ppl can choose all classes,  or basicly just choose paladins LOL -.- Fix the classes bugs, more quests more instances reamake the mall, mats vendor, more drop rates, less framing ... Upgrades should be 100% chance  so its a bit hard to belive spending hours of farming or even days and the upgrade fails... It would be nice a boss with tactics not just nuke and stun him ... 

 

Think of the players that are to come and will think about the server when they join.

Well first of all im not telling you guys  to do this. It's my opinion on my overview allong the server.

Less Farming (neck,trinkets,armor,weapons...),

make things more easy and fun,

more instances and raids,

create an honor vendor (neck,trinkets,armor,weapons...)

it should drop gear instead of farming it (mats,etc)

player vs player finder working

Conquest points vendor  (neck,trinkets,armor,weapons...)

Better starter gear (neck,trinkets,armor,weapons...)

Quest to get better gear (neck,trinkets,armor,weapons...)

Make the world bosses with out berserk or any kind of buffs and less demage

Put profession treiners in one place and when you learn the profession it should get to max lvl, so that we just have to farm the mats

Some times events

the npc kill's and raid bosses should give mor icegold, at least make the item better then other things

Take out the probability of leveling gear it should be at 100% 

fix the icecrown raid and make it playable, 

should be like a balance of PVE & PVP 

Gems and enchants vendor 

transmog should be free

transmog vendor (neck,trinkets,armor,weapons...)

make vote weapons good for a start kick as well of the honor gear

GM'S or others shouldent give things like honor and etc lul.
