Also Arcane Ability - Arcane Brilliance - Doesn't change spellpower when applied (unless hidden) but it does increase mana pool. Fire Talent - Combustion - Broken. When used it doesn't apply damage debuff proportionate to dots. Arcane Ability - Mana Shield - Doesn't absorb nearly enough. Tooltip says around 5k but when applied it only absorbs 1.5k. Gear will probably scale it up but at the moment it only absorbs around 1.5% total hp which isn't really viable.
