Have you tried to update your Drivers if there's a newer version of them? Also try deleting your cache?

What OS are you on, give us some information? If you're on Windows 8/8.1 you can try to right-click the IceColdLauncher.exe, go to Properties, then Compatibility, check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and then select Windows 7.
